Here are our most frequently asked questions
Do you provide Beach towels?
Beach towels are provided and these can be obtained from the Towel Room which is located next to the Activities Desk around the pool area.
Do you have room safes?
Individual safes are located in the rooms.
Do you provide irons in the rooms?
For safety reasons, we do not provide irons in the rooms. However, we have three ironing rooms which are open daily from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, outside of these hours, you need to call reception so that we can arrange to open the ironing room.
What credit cards do you accept?
We prefer VISA, MasterCard or American Express.
Do you change money into the local currency?
We exchange most major currencies (notes only) into our local currency, the Barbadian dollar.
Can phone cards be used at the hotel ?
No, not on the premises but there is a facility nearby. |
