Join us at 6:30 pm every Tuesday evening for the complimentary Manager’s rum punch party. Bonnie our Manager greets and welcomes. Introductions are made and repeat visitors share the events of the year that has passed. This weekly party provides a good opportunity for guests who return annually to renew friendships with other returning visitors.
After the rum punch party, the evening continues with steel pan entertainment from All Stars Steel Orchestra and Barbecue buffet dining.

‘One of sour, two of sweet, three of strong and four of weak’
One part pure lime juice, two parts sugar syrup, three parts Barbados rum and four parts water. Combine the ingredients in a pitcher and add a few dashes of aromatic bitters. Serve with ice and grated nutmeg. |
